You ran … but then what?!

While many runners look forward to the race itself, we give them something to look forward to AFTER the race also!

When you walk through medal alley you’ll be greeted by smiling volunteers at many different booths including a photo booth, power-up station, an athletic training station, and much more!

You can also enjoy our Annual Jerome’s Distributing Pub Crawl on Saturday, September 21st! We get rowdy in Bismarck so you need to sign up EARLY!

What can my kids do?

Runners are busy trying to beat a PR. Your kids are trying to hit their PR down the slide!

The Essentia Health Kids Fun Zone is the place to be for the kids!

The location is close enough to the start/finish line that parents can keep an eye on them!
