While many runners look forward to the race itself, we give them something to look forward to AFTER the race also!

When you walk through medal alley you’ll be greeted by smiling volunteers at many different booths including a photo booth, power-up station, an athletic training station, and much more!

You can also enjoy our Annual Jerome’s Distributing Pub Crawl on Saturday, September 20th! We get rowdy in Bismarck so you need to sign up EARLY!

Bag Drop-Off

Presented by Dakota Community Bank & Trust drop your bag before you race and pick it up after you cross the finish line. Located near the start/finish at the Capitol grounds.

Stretching Station

Presented by Unbound Physical Therapy and Performance, free post-race stretching area to help you cool down after you cross the finish line.

Build Your Sign Station

Presented by H.A. Thompson & Sons runners are chasing a finish time. Your sign might be what gets them there faster. Make a cheer sign with provided markers and poster board.
