💙 THIS ONE’S FOR OUR VOLUNTEERS 💙
The Bismarck Marathon simply would not be possible without the incredible people who give their time, energy and effort to make race weekend happen.
From packet pickup and the starting line to course support, finish line duties, cleanup and everything in between - our volunteers were EVERYWHERE.👏
They handed out water, directed runners, cheered until they lost their voices, helped keep the course running smoothly and stepped up wherever they were needed.
A record breaking amount of runners crossed our starting and finish lines this year, but behind every one of them was an army of volunteers helping make the experience possible.
To every single person who volunteered this year: THANK YOU. ❤️
You are a huge part of what makes the Bismarck Marathon so special, and we couldn’t do it without you!

NEW HALF MARATHON COURSE RECORD! 🏆
Congratulations to Cole Jensen, our 2026 Bismarck Half Marathon champion!
Cole crossed the finish line in an incredible 1:10:49, setting a NEW COURSE RECORD and a personal PR in the process! 🔥

How bout those cowbells that were handed out during the Bismarck Marathon?! 🔔
Cowbells were handed out to spectators and attendees throughout race day to help bring the noise, and you all DID NOT disappoint. 👏
From the starting line to the finish, our runners had plenty of extra encouragement ringing through the course!
A huge shoutout to Hollevoet & Welk Orthodontics, for sponsoring our cowbells and helping make race day a little louder, a lot more energetic, and even more memorable! 🏃♂️🔔
