🚗 Here's your parking map for the North Dakota State Capitol Grounds on Saturday, September 19. Take a look before you head over for race day so you know where to park.
6th Street from Boulevard Avenue to Avenue A will be closed from 7:15 to 2:00 PM on Saturday for the race. Certain areas along the course will have limited access, though you'll still be able to reach home with minor delays. Runners will be on course from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, so give them space out there.

Bring your dog to the Dakota Fire Station Inc. - DFS BisBark 4K! 🐾
FREE to enter, no pace, no pressure - just a walk around the Capitol grounds together. Every dog goes home with a Dakota Fire Station bandana and a treat from Happy Howie's.

It's marathon week. 🏃♂️🎉
The MDU Resources Group, Inc. Full Marathon kicks off the races at 7:30 AM on Saturday, September 19 at the North Dakota State Capitol Grounds, the 45th year of North Dakota's longest-running marathon. 26.2 miles through the heart of Bismarck, finishing right where it started.
Thank you to MDU Resources Group for presenting this race and helping runners chase Boston qualifiers on a USATF-certified course.

🏁 The 45th annual Bismarck Marathon presented by MDU Resources is one week out! There's still time to sign up. The Essentia Health Half Marathon, Thrivent 10K, Scheels 5K, or the free Dakota Fire Station BisBark 4K have spots available.
If running isn't your thing, this race still needs you. Volunteers are needed at relay exchanges, traffic control, and the finish line. Come out and support your community.
🍻 Or join the Sun Cruiser Pub Crawl presented by Jerome's Distributing, 3 to 7 PM on race day. Ten dollars gets you drink discounts at every stop, a medal at the finish, and a chance to win one of three prizes.
