Starting at the Mandan Firefighters Training Grounds and winding through Lakewood, this one's got something for everyone starting at 9:00 AM:
🏃‍♀️ Family Fun 5K (dogs + strollers welcome!)
🏃‍♂️ Competitive 10K
🏃 Competitive 5K
👟 Kids ½ Mile (ages 4-10)

And the start area is stacked with FUN:
🐾 Furry friends + Mandan PD K9 demos
🏰 Bouncy house, face painting & Kids Fire Safety Fun Zone
🚒 Fire truck + Metro Ambulance on site
🎓 Educational firehouse

Lace up for the Aging in Community - SW North Dakota 5K in New Salem on Saturday, July 11!

Start at the historic Metropolitan Hotel, cruise past Salem Sue (yes, the World’s Largest Holstein Cow), and finish at a Main Street festival. 9:00 AM kickoff, $35 through June 1.

Every step supports NDSU Aging in Community and the New Salem Hunger Relief food pantry. Good cause. Good miles. Good people.
