SPECTATORS! This is for you!
Come out on Saturday, September 19 and help us create an incredible race-day atmosphere for runners throughout Bismarck.
Whether youโre cheering on family, friends or thousands of runners youโve never met, here are a few things to know:
๐ Pick your cheering spot!
Check out the course map and find a location along the route to make some noise and encourage runners as they pass.
๐ Bring the energy!
Signs, cowbells, costumes and plenty of cheering are encouraged! A little extra energy from the sidelines can go a long way, especially during those later miles.
๐ค Make a meeting plan.
Before the race begins, decide where youโll reconnect with your runner afterward. Runnerโs Alley at the North Dakota State Capitol Grounds, the ND Heritage Center or another predetermined location are great options.
๐ซ Keep the course clear.
Please stay off the course and be mindful of runners, volunteers and race officials. Spectators should never cross the course when runners are approaching.
๐ The entire course is a No-Drone Zone.
Unless approved in advance, drones are prohibited anywhere along the course, including above runners and spectators.
Most importantly, SHOW UP & GET LOUD! ๐ Every cheer, sign and high-five helps make 26.2 miles feel a little shorter.
Weโll see you along the course on September 19! ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
